Information pursuant to Article 13 of GDPR 2016/679 bearing provisions on the processing of personal data

In relation to the request for information made by you, we inform you in advance that your personal data will be processed by our company and, more specifically:

a) The purpose of processing will be only to send the information requested by you. The data will be processed and stored also using electronic instruments but always in such a way as to ensure they are secure.

b) Providing the data required for the purposes referred to in (a) above is optional and not mandatory.

c) Any refusal by you to provide us with the data for processing will result in your exclusion from possible requested information sending procedures.

d) The processing of the data supplied by you and the scope of their dissemination will be limited to our company. We also inform you that the personal data provided by you may also be disclosed to external companies, for the sole purpose of preparing the technical supports required for subsequent computer processing of such data.

e) You have the rights set forth in art. 13 of the aforementioned Law no. 675 dated 31 December 1996, the wording of which is provided at the foot of this privacy policy;

f) The data processing controller is ALDIERI AUTOTRASPORTI S.p.A with registered offices in Via Besana , 11 - 20122 Milano (MI).


Art. 13 of Law no. 675 dated 31/12/1996 (Rights of the party involved)

1. In relation to the processing of personal data, the party involved is entitled:

a) to know, by means of free access to the register referred to in article 31, sub-section 1, letter a), the existence of any data processing which concerns him/her;

b) to be informed of whatever indicated in article 7, sub-section 4, letters a), b) and h);

c) to obtain, from the controller or the supervisor, without delay:

confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning him/her, even if not yet recorded, and communication in an intelligible form of the data and their origin, and the logic and purpose on which the processing is based; the request may be renewed, except in the case of justified reasons, after a minimum of ninety days;

deletion, transformation into anonymous form or the blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those which do not have to be stored in relation to the purposes for which the data were gathered or subsequently processed;

updating, amendment or, if so required, the supplementing of data;

certification that the operations referred to at 2) and 3) have been brought to the knowledge, including in terms of their contents, of those to whom the data have been notified or distributed, except in the case of such fulfilment being impossible or involving the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right;

d) to object, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even though these are relevant to the purpose of gathering;

(e) to object, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him or her, for the purpose of business information or the sending of advertising material or direct sale or for the performance of market surveys or interactive commercial communication and to be informed by the controller, not later than the time when the data are communicated or distributed, of the possibility of exercising such right free of charge.

2. For each request referred to in sub-section 1, letter (c), number 1), the party concerned, whenever the existence of data concerning him/her is not confirmed, may be asked to provide a cost contribution, which does not exceed the costs actually incurred, according to the procedures and within the limits established by the regulation referred to in article 33, sub-section 3.

3. The rights referred to in sub-section 1 relating to personal data concerning deceased persons may be exercised by anyone whose interest it is to do so.

4. In exercising the rights referred to in sub-section 1, the party involved may grant proxy, in writing, to  natural persons or associations.

5. Laws on the professional secrecy of those who practise the profession of journalist, with regard only to the news source, shall remain valid.

 Under its sole responsibility, it declares being aware of the rights recognized by art. 13 of Law 675/96, and pursuant to and by the effects of such law acknowledges that the personal data provided to Aldieri, and those gathered subsequently for the same purposes shall be subject to processing (in compliance with the aforementioned Law 675/96) for the formalities required by the requested information sending procedures.

It further acknowledges that the above processing may be carried out - including partially - by Companies, Organizations and Consortiums which provide data processing services to the institute, and to whom the data in question may be disclosed only for the described purpose. It therefore authorizes ALDIERI AUTOTRASPORTI S.p.A with registered office in Via Besana, 11 - 20122 Milano (MI) (the processing controller) to begin the described processing and communication activities
